1. Where are you located?
We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A.
2. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) and other payment systems & services (Pay Pal Payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay).
3. Do you currently have any promotions?
We are currently offering 10% off the entire purchase to our 1st time New Customers (Code: NCSAVE10). This cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. We also are offering discounts on bulk purchases (see discount purchase table on product pages).
4. When will I receive my order?
Each order is unique, as a result the processing times depend on several factors; type of order, when you placed it, country, fulfillment Center, etc. Keep in mind we cannot guarantee shipping times because we depend on our shipping partners.
Please allow 10 - 28 business days for your order to be fulfilled, shipped and delivered.
5. Is a cancellation or change to my order possible?
All of our products are fulfilled on demand, special for each customer at the time that they order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Orders for Apparel, Mugs, Ornaments, and Customized items cannot be canceled or modified at all.
6. Will I be charged custom & Tax Fees?
All the prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars. When shipping to an address in the United States, taxes are only collected for addresses located in the State of Nevada. For our International Customers; Import Taxes, Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. Paying these charges are the shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation. These fees may be charged once the order reaches the final destination. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in the country in which the product is delivered.
7. How much do you charge for shipping?
The charge for shipping varies depending on several factors; item ordered, where item is being shipped to, and whether or not we are offering free shipping on your product.
8. What if I have a question?
If you have a question, you can use the chat feature within our website, or email us at info@picosplace.com We strive to answer all questions as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours. If the question falls on a holiday or weekend, it may take longer than 24 hours to get back to you.
9. How do you protect my privacy & payment information?
Protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to us! We use state-of-the-art encryption technology (SSL) to protect your credit card/personal information. Your information is 100% safe when you shop with us. We will occasionally email you to alert you of our upcoming special sales or new arrivals, but you are free to opt-out of these emails with one click at checkout.
10. Why did my payment get rejected?
Please check to make sure the information you entered for your form of payment matches exactly to the card you are using. Also, make sure that the address you entered in the payment section matches the same address associated with the card you are trying to use.
